I am now able to supply all bearings used in pegson 900 and 1000 cone crushers . These can be supplied separately or as part of a complete rebuild that i can do at my workshops in Dundonald - Belfast.                 

We are currently in discussion with Caterpillar about a serious problem with splitting on air elbows. The picture below shows a split in the Cobra 90 degree air elbow which can occur without warning under normal operation, and is impossible to see without dismantling.

Caterpillar have now introduced a re-inforced elbow as illustrated below. If you are using the original elbows we recommend you contact us on 0751 5659567 for an immediate diagnosis. Leaving this problem unremedied can result in ingress of dust to the engine resulting in a repair bill in excess of £25,000 which Caterpillar agents may be reluctant to cover.
